This policy explains what personal information 1992 Legacy Inc. collects through drink1992.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
Information you give us
When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought.
Payment card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
If you create an account, subscribe to emails or SMS, enter a form, or contact support, we keep what you send us.
Information we collect automatically
Like most sites we collect device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring site and similar analytics data, through cookies and comparable technologies.
We use this to keep the site working, to understand which pages actually help people, and to measure advertising.
Age confirmation
Our age gate stores only a yes-or-no confirmation in your own browser. We do not collect or store your date of birth, and the confirmation is not sent to us or to anyone else.
How we use your information
To process, ship and support your orders. To manage subscriptions and billing. To send you order updates. To send marketing if you asked for it. To prevent fraud and abuse. To meet our legal and age-verification obligations. To improve the site and our products.
Who we share it with
Service providers who need it to do their job: our ecommerce platform, payment processor, shipping carriers, email and SMS providers, review platform, subscription platform and analytics providers. They may only use it to provide that service.
Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to.
A buyer or successor, if the business is sold or merged.
We do not sell your personal information for money.

We use necessary cookies to run the cart and checkout, and analytics and advertising cookies to measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though blocking necessary cookies will break checkout.

Marketing choices
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out. Transactional messages about orders you have placed will still reach you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy of it, correct it, delete it, opt out of targeted advertising or the sharing of your data, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
To make a request, email hello@drink1992.com from the address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before we act. We will respond within the time your state law requires.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept as long as we need them for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept on a rolling retention window.
Security
We use encryption in transit, restrict access to personal data, and rely on established providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The last-updated date above tells you when. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
