1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot accept the product back into our inventory for safety and hygiene reasons. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. DAMAGES AND ISSUES While we take great care in packaging your order, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
How to report an issue:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES 1992 is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing (e.g., stolen from a porch). However, we want to help. If your tracking says delivered but you don't have it:
Check with neighbors or your building manager.
Contact the shipping carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS) immediately to file a claim.

4. CANCELLATIONS We process orders quickly to get them to you fast. If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 1 hour of placing it. Once the order has been packed or a shipping label has been created, we cannot cancel the order.
5. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE) If a refund is approved for a damaged or missing item, it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time (usually 5-10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
